He is survived by: his significant other Ella Lund-Thomsen; his sons, Martin (Niko) and Michael (Yeony); his grandchildren, Elisabeth, Rhea, Yonas and Lars; his brothers, Erich (Vera), Ernst (Hilde) and Rudolf; and his sister-in-law Nina Thomsen.
