She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Donald McConachie; her son Malcolm (Laura); and her sister Margaret McPhadden. She is survived by: her child Gord (Fiona); her grandchildren, Ian (Kayla), Cheryl and Emma; her stepgranddaughter Samantha (Medhi); her stepgreat-grandson Leo; and her sister Patricia Hixson.

Memorial donations to St. George's Anglican Church or the Residential Hospice of Grey Bruce would be appreciated by the family.
