Phyllis Long Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Long (Owen Sound, Ontario), born in Markdale, Ontario, who passed away on July 4, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Phyllis' memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Phyllis' journey be filled with peace and serenity, as her find rest in the embrace of eternity.

She was predeceased by: her parents, David Fitzsimmons and Margaret Fitzsimmons; her husband Robert Long; and her children, Allan Long and Betty Anne Thomas.

She is survived by: her daughters, Darlene Dee (Rick), Diane Long (Doug Day) and Brenda Long. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson.
