He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmer Cruickshank and June Cruickshank; and his sister-in-law Marie Gilchrist. He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his children, Michael (Taylor Jackson), Lyndsay Cruickshank and Jessica Cruickshank (Jonathan Langford); his grandchildren, Azalea, Aaliyah and Autumn; his siblings, Donna Cruickshank, Alex (Joan) and Jeffrey (Laurie); and his brothers-in-law, Bob Gilchrist and Barry Gilchrist (Betty Welsh).
Memorial donations to the Owen Sound Hospital Foundation for Cancer Services or the Salvation Army would be appreciated by the family.
