She is survived by: her children, Michael Azevedo (Shelly), Amy Azevedo and Emily Azevedo; her grandsons, Antany and Connley Azevedo; her siblings, Celia Silva (Artur), Candida Brimble (Shane) and Artur Nunes (Jeannine); her nieces and nephews, Carlos Nunes (Malika), Valerie Nunes, Nadia Nunes, Paul Silva (Julie), Jessica Bryson (Jim), Samantha Brimble (Steve Lomatski), Adam Brimble and Ricky Teeuwen (Kim Fleming); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Sebastian Nunes, Felix Nunes, Xavier Nunes, Mia Silva, Maeve Rundle, Thea Rundle, Luc Bryson and Catherine Bryson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Spinal Cord Injury Canada or Chatham Kent Animal Rescue as expressions of sympathy.
