She was predeceased by: her father Ernest Young; her nephew Aaron; and her great-niece Blayre. She is survived by: her husband Dave Mackereth of Owen Sound; her son Dylan Young of Tiverton; her mother Doris Young of Tiverton; her siblings, Jim Young (Rose Marie) of Tiverton, Bill Young (Nancy) of Tiverton, Brian Young (Kathryn) of Tiverton, Roger Young (Caroline) of Port Elgin and June Walker (Laverne) of Fort MacMurray, Alberta.; and her nieces and nephews, Amy Hallman (Andrew), Corey Young, Ashley Droefke (Christian), Devin Young (Rachael), Caitlin Young (Kevin Ribey), Cristina Bellan (Colby), Brandie Bernard (Steve), Ryan Young (Kaitlyn), Samantha Hootnick (Jon) and Jacob Walker. She is also survived by several great-nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home on Sunday, April 11th from 2 to 5 p. m. Anyone wishing to attend the visitation must register using the link below or by calling the funeral home at 519-396-2701. All attendees will be screened upon entry to the funeral home, respect physical distancing protocols and wear a mask.
