He was predeceased by: his wife Sally Slack. He is survived by: his sons, Michael (Cheryl), Richard (Colleen) and Kenneth Jr. (Tania); his grandchildren, Brock, Troy, Crystal, Lyndsay and Lauren; and his great grandchildren, Charlotte, Grace and Jonah.
