It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joy Ella-Marie Radbourne (Owen Sound, Ontario), who passed away on April 13, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Otto Plobner; her parents, Beatrice Radbourne and Bruce Radbourne; and her sister Patricia Jewell. She is survived by: her children, Amy Long of Mississauga and Aaron Matthews (Grace Pierrot) of Tara; her stepdaughters, Krystal Lewis (Lisa) of Bowmanville and Emily Valles of Cambridge; her grandchildren, Ashlyn, Selena and Eden; her siblings, Brenda Hatcher (Miles) of Orillia, Shawn Radbourne (Tracy) of Guelph, Calvin Radbourne (Laurie) of Owen Sound and Brian Radbourne (Maureen) of Allenford; and her pet Bella. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
