He is survived by: his spouse Christine; his children, Andrew James (Tomoko) and Christopher John; his grandchildren, Kai and May; his siblings, Julie Murray (John), Betty Stevenson (Bob), Paul (Darlene) and David (Karen); and his siblings-in-law, Bill Farrar (Liz), Ken Farrar (Cindy), Julia Rogerson (Keith), Gillian McManaman (Myles), Alison Jensen (Dave) and David Farrar (Justine).
