He is survived by: his spouse Simi Samuel Chariva; his sons, Jason, Jasper and Jensen; his father Kuriakose'Sam'Kuzhitharayil; his brother Varghese Kuzhitharayil (Bincy); his nieces and nephews, Joanne and Jordan; his sister-in-law Rachel Chariva (Mobin Mohannan); and also, Samuel and Lilly Chariva.

Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and at 1:00 PM at the Rockcliffe Pentecostal Church (10 4th Ave W, Owen Sound, ON N4K0G9). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
