Islay Capper Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 13, 2018, Islay Capper (Owen Sound, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, David (April), Paul (Lori), Andrew (Arlene) and Lois (Patrick); her grandchildren, Matthew, Tim, Jared, Marie, Tom, Jordan, Cassidy, Alyssa, Daniel and Grace; and her great grandchildren, Romy and Addie.
