She was predeceased by: her parents, Kendra and Kyle; her husband Alvin Smith (Hap); her son Brad Smith; and her sisters, Joy Taylor and Wilda Lang.
She is survived by: her child Kim Perry (Ken) of Shallow Lake; her grandchildren, Terra Hibma (Jason), Ryan Perry (Kailey), Kendra (Kyle), Logan, Ava McDonald (Wade), Kennedy (Billy), Trevor, Weston Hibma, McKenna, Emersyn Marshall, Sawyer and Harper Perry; her great great grandchild Bennett Norton; and her siblings-in-law, Marie Lemon, John Taylor and Bill Lang.
