He was predeceased by: his parents, George Rutter and Ett Rutter. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his sons, Wesley of Crystal Beach and George (Danine) of Owen Sound; his grandchildren, Audrey and Nolan; and his siblings, Becki Foster, Wendy Ruiter, Robert Rutter (Francie) and Tim Rutter (Noreen).
