With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ernest Haley Coates Sr. (Owen Sound, Ontario), who passed away on September 29, 2018 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ronald Coates, Hala Halderman and Sharon Coates. He is survived by: his husband Mary Linda Coates; and his children, Ernest Alan Coates (Julie), Jane Marlene Coates Nolan (Tom) and Karen Accettola-Coates. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren, as well as by several nieces and nephews.
