She was predeceased by: her parents, John Archibald and Ila Mary Luella McDonald (Walpole); her husband Wally; her son-in-law Hank Kunkel; and her siblings, Bill, Frank, Joe, Dale, Leroy, Jack, Marie and Kay Vancise.

She is survived by: her sister Catherine "Kay"; her children, Betty, N. B., Bonnie Kunkel of Bright, Bob (Trish) of Chesley, Bill (Sandi) of Chesley and Brad (Jayne) of Chesley; her siblings, Jim McDonald, Madeline Sedor and Sharon Loughlean (Ted); and her sisters-in-law, Joyce McDonald, Shirley McDonald, Carma McDonald and Marg Kerr. She is also survived by her twelve grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandson.
