He is survived by: his spouse Ruth-Anne McKinnon; his children, David McKinnon, Bryce McKinnon, Dawn-Marie McKinnon (Fred Belanger) of Montreal and John McKinnon of Victoria; his grandchildren, Andrea, Isabella, Haleigh, Charles and Lily; his sibling Shirley Sinclair (Jim); and his siblings-in-law, Jo Askin and Kathryn Somers (Jim).
