He is survived by: his wife Hanneke; his sons, Neil (Victoria), Carl and Robert (Melissa); his grandsons, Lucas, Ethan and Lincoln; his siblings, Frans (Lorraine), Corrie Olan (Randy) and Debbie Beaton (late Dave); and his sisters-in-law, Ineke VanBruinessen (Frank) and Janna Harkema (Frank). He is also survived by nephews, nieces and friends.
