With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Downey (Owen Sound, Ontario), who passed away on June 13, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Walter; and her brother Bob Biller. She is survived by: her children, Diane Downey, Dave Downey (Sydney Radden) and Doug Downey (Amy); her brother Paul Biller (Brenda); and her siblings-in-law, Pat (Keith Moorhouse) and Alice Biller.

Memorial donations to the Chapman House Hospice, Owen Sound Minor Hockey Association or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
