With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arend Schipper (Owen Sound, Ontario), who passed away on March 3, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis; his parents, Jacob Schipper and Trijntje Schipper; his siblings, Kla Ebbeling (Siem), Gre Grootenboer (Nic), Geertje VanderEnde (Leen), Anna Nieuwenhuizen (Jacob) of Brockville, Ontario and Gerard Schipper; and his siblings-in-law, Gerda Schipper, Joyce Danes (Ernie) and Jim Cochrane of Owen Sound, Ontario..

He is survived by: his brothers, Geert Schipper (Cobie) of Brampton, Aaldert Schipper of Hilversum and Netherlands; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Cochrane of Owen Sound, Ontario.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Memorial donations to the Owen Sound Hospital Foundation or the SouthEnd Fellowship Baptist Church would be appreciated by the family.
