She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. Kenneth Stacey Barker; her parents, Alexander Johnstone and Rebecca Johnstone; her sister Evelyn Crawford; her granddaughter Meagan Brown; and her son-in-law Donald Brown.

She is survived by: her daughters, Colleen Brown of Stratford, Kathleen Barker of Owen Sound and Jennifer (Jay Marett) of Guelph; and her grandchildren, Ashley Brown, Christian Brown, Joshua Marett and Rebecca Marett. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

As an expression of sympathy in lieu of flowers, donations to St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, or the Residential Hospice of Grey Bruce would be appreciated by the family.
