We are sad to announce that on March 3, 2020, at the age of 57, Zoran Polak (Ottawa, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Traci; his children, Christopher (Shannon) and Danielle (Brent); and his parent Dubi.

As expressions of sympathy, donations made to Prostate Cancer Canada would be appreciated by the family.
