He was predeceased by: his sibling Hanna Ishak. He is survived by: his wife Lina Chawah; his children, Roger Ishak (Yolla Ishak) of Ottawa, Roubina Ishac of Ottawa, Maya Shak of Ottawa, Mona of Lebanon, Raymond Ishak (Cosette Hayek) of Lebanon and Ramona (Louis Eid) of Lebanon; and his siblings, Amin Ishak, Boutrous Ishak, Tanios Ishak and Melhem Ishak. He is also survived by his many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, a private funeral service limited to the immediate family will be held on Friday, January 29, 2021 at 1100 am.
In memory of Youssef, donations to Saint Charbel Parish, Ottawa, Maronite Catholic Church would be appreciated.
