He was predeceased by: his sister Wilma Coates (late Earl). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kennedy; his children, Christine Lecours (John), Craig Kennedy (Michelle) and Tracey Kennedy (Bruce Carsjens); his grandchildren, Alex, Jenny, Cameron, Caitlynn, Keira and Amélie; his sister Margaret Graham (late George); his nieces and nephews, Linda Moore (Steve), David Coates (Claire), Blair Cook (Meaghan Drover) and Stacie Michaelsen (Justin); his great-nieces, Amanda, Chloe, Karen and Miranda; and his great-nephew Gordon.

In memoriam donations may be made to Parkinson Canada or the Dementia Society .
