He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Kyle Jeffrey and Helen Laurie Jeffrey; and his brothers, Richard Kyle Jeffrey (Mary) and Douglas Gallaher Jeffrey (Helen). He is survived by: his wife Sandra (Millington).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pinecrest Remembrance Chapel (2500 Baseline Rd, Ottawa, ON K2C3H9). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Pinecrest Cemetery (2500 Baseline Rd, Ottawa, ON K2C3H9).
