A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Christ Church (414 Sparks St., Ottawa, ON K1R0B2). A reception will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the William Gardner Senior Chair in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, which will enable child and youth mental health care system improvement research tocontinue.
