He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joyce (McCallum); his children, Kerry Lee Cook (Gandi Hammoud) and Kelly McKenna (Mike); his grandchildren, Kira (Scott), Candice, Laura (Cody), Charlene (Brock) and Adam (Katie); his great grandchildren, Georgia, Olivia, Katie, Michaela, Sierra, Logan, Emmett, William, Alex and Jack; his siblings, Barbara Tracey, Brian Cook (late Janet) and Bob Cook (late Audrey); and his sisters-in-law, Carol Brown (Bill Watson) and Judy Scharf (Mel). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
