It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victor Raffoul (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on December 30, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lili El Debs Raffoul and Michel Raffoul; his children, Michel and Magui (Simon Bastarache); his grandchildren, Amelie, Victor and Julien Bastarache; his siblings, Norma (Lotfi Botros), Fouad (Gloria Ghazal) and Issa (Nadia Gerges); and his nieces and nephews, Roy, Rania, Roger, Rachelle, Tony, Dany Raffoul, Marie-Rose (Joseph Choueiri), Georges, Jacques (Nicole El Chakieh) and Nisrine Botros (Ghassan Dagher).
