He was predeceased by: his parents, Bela Csizmadi and Maria Csizmadi; and his siblings, Judy Csizmadi and Bela Csizmadi. He is survived by: his daughter Sabrena Csizmadi; his grandchildren, Cordell Amell, Skyann Amell, Karrissa Amell, Marika Csizmadi, Zorya Csizmadi and Haven Csizmadi; his nieces, Judy Heritage, Angela Healey and Cindy McAllister; and also, Rodney Amell and Matthew Csizmadi.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Heart of Gold (https://secure2.convio.net) at the Heart Institute, an organization that Tibor felt strongly about.
