It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thora Jane Willard (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on August 20, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Mel. She is survived by: her daughters, Wendy (Norm Cormier) of Moncton and Pam (Doug Starnaman) of Ottawa; her grandchildren, Rob, Erin, Colleen and Ryan; her great grandchildren, Kate, Trent, Garret, Avery, Lauren, Jason, Melanie, Maddie and Darcie; and her great great grandchild Jaxson.
