With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas McCarthy (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on June 7, 2021 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Newman McCarthy and Ann McCarthy. He is survived by: his children, Jaimie (Rick Todd), Matthew and Danny (Shannon); his grandchildren, Seamus Daniel, Arthur Thomas and Anna Lois; his stepchildren, Christina Mash (Warren Libbey) and Tommy Mash; and his sisters, MaryAnn (Jack Scollan), Janie (late Robert Ralph), Nora (late Richard Naysmith) and Theresa. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Donations in Tommy's name may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
