It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresa Frances (Fran) MacKenzie-Howat (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on November 23, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sadie and Alex. She is survived by: her husband Byron Howat; and her sister Ann of Antigonish. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
