He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Cornforth and Winnie Cornforth; his brother-in-law Ken Shields; and his friend Ian McIntyre. He is survived by: his children, Helen Shields, Moira, Jim Walman, Brenda and Doug Charles; and his nieces and nephews, Nuala Patton, Angela McIntyre and Andraius Skau.

In memoriam donations to Saint Patrick's Basilica Restoration Fund and the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.

Many happy memories of times shared. Terry was kind and always willing to lend a hand. May he Rest In Peace surrounded by those who went before who will, no doubt, be there to welcome him home.
