Teresa Mackenzie Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 12, 2018, at the age of 89, Teresa Mackenzie (Ottawa, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara (Purvez) and Alison (Dean); her grandchildren, Olivia, Jordan, Isobel and Camran; and her sisters-in-law, Karin and Gerry. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Bruyère Hospital Palliative Care would be greatly appreciated.
