We are sad to announce that on July 31, 2024, at the age of 104, Sylvia Catherine Carter (Ottawa, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Sylvia Catherine may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Sylvia Catherine touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Morrissey and Susan Morrissey; and her son Chris.
