She was predeceased by : her father Joe Kuo Chu Chin. She is survived by : her spouse Thomas Fulton of Fredericton; her son Roger Fulton of Fredericton, NB; her mother Sik Ying Chin of Ottawa, ON; her brothers, Terry Chin (Tuo Ji) of Ottawa, ON and John Chin of Ottawa, ON; her nephew Hunter Chin of Ottawa; and her sister-in-law Shirley Ann Bowles (late John Bowles) of Fredericton.
