He was predeceased by: his stepsibling Mel Medler (Shirley). He is survived by: his wife Lynda Susanne Maltby; his son John Curtis; his sibling Thomas (Janet); his stepsiblings, Merrie (late Cal Gruver) and Marc (Noemi); and his brothers-in-law, Victor, Larry Maltby and Rainbow Ridge Ranch.
