He was predeceased by: his former wife Eira Richards. He is survived by: his wife Joanna Haworth (Sim); his stepchildren, Angela Haworth (Jose Segura) and Michael Haworth; his children, David and Sandra; his grandchildren, Samantha, Ashley and Brad; and his great grandchildren, Jaxon, Keton, Hanna and Kaleb.
