With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Soheir Girgis of Ottawa, Ontario, born in Alexandria, Ontario, who passed away on January 6, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brother Mimo Rassem. She is survived by: her daughters, Ameera Dunn (Girgis) and Nada Girgis; her husband Ramses; her son-in-law Steven Dunn; her granddaughter Jasmine; her sister Hoda; her siblings-in-law, Faisal Bibi and Coni; and her nieces and nephews, Lyla, Adam, Yasmine, Alex and Jonathan.

In lieu of flowers, you may make a donation to a charity of your choice or to Sue's favorites that include: Hope International and Samaritan's Purse.

“Our deepest condolences for the death of your dear mother, grand mother and a very dear lady that was loved by everybody. She will always be remembered and we will cherish the beautiful memories we had together.. My daughter Tina was truly blessed by Sue's guidance and wisdom.
