We are sad to announce that on April 5, 2022, at the age of 48, Simon Martin Jacques (Ottawa, Ontario), born in Sherbrooke, Québec passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Luc Jacques and Angèle Gouin; his close friend Marie-Andrée; his brother René; and also, Marco, Rémi and Roxy. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.

Memorial donations may be made to Pancreatic Cancer Canada, or the Ottawa Hospital Foundation.
