She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Warwick and Muriel Sample; her siblings, Gordon Warwick and Bernadette Warwick; and her son Kevin Warwick.

She is survived by: her stepchildren, Charles Jr., Ruth, Gail, Susan, Debra, Diane and David; her siblings, Marion Quinn, Fern Seward Joan LePage (John), Lillian Ingham, Donald Cory, Earl Cory (Vicky), Danny Jackson (Tessa), Jan Tindale (Bill) and Jackie Duff; and her friends, Iris Nixon of Perth and Dearly. She is also survived by her many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Due to the restrictions concerning Covid-19 the family were devastated that we were unable to be by her side.

As expressions of sympathy donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation and the Canadian Cancer Society in Shirley's name.
