Shirley McAuliffe Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley McAuliffe (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on July 26, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ivan McAuliffe; her parents, John LeMaistre and Florence LeMaistre of Almonte, Ontario.; and her daughter Joanne Seymour. She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy (Robert Cormier) and Adele (Jim Wallace); her grandchildren, Shane Warner (Jennifer Routliffe), Jordan Warner (Krista Balenko), Auzsha Apps and Dustin Seymour (Mendara Chan); her great grandchildren, Evan, Shea Warner, Violet and Lincoln Seymour; and her sisters, Grace Nelson and Jacqueline Brunelle.
Shirley enjoyed a very successful career in the public service and until she began her battle with Alzheimer's had a happy life with Ivan and the girls, their spouses and grandchildren.
