He was predeceased by: his parents, Mario Pagliarello and Zia (Fiorina Pagliarello). He is survived by: his siblings, Giuseppe (Heather May), Alida (Ron Rose) and Ivano (Lorraine Thompson); his nieces and nephews, Elena, Alessandro (Carly), Giancarlo, Isabella (Michael), Luca, Amedeo and Elio; his great-nieces, Emilia, Gabriella and Victoria; and his former wife Judy DeBoer. He is also survived by his aunts, uncle, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Ottawa Hospital Foundation – Cancer Research.
