He is survived by: his wife Agnes; his children, Elry Allen, Karlene Allen, Marcel Allen, Sheryll Turner (Terrence) and Anna-Maria Allen; his stepchild Revellyn Cole (Errol); his grandchildren, Adrian Turner, Jordan Turner, Marcus Allen, Danielle Allen, Noah Allen, Callum Allen and Isaiha Allen; and his great grandchild Xavier Allen.

Family and Friends are invited to visit at the St. Laurent Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry 1200 Ogilvie Road (at Aviation Parkway) Ottawa, on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 from 4 until 8 p. m. Following Covid-19 protocol, attendance will be strictly limited to registered guests.
