He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Sr. Balfour and Elma Balfour; his wife Jennifer; his daughters, Meghan and Sarah; his sister Audrey Nolan; his nephews, Andrew and David; his niece Jessica; his aunt Betty Miller (late Ian); his brother David Jr. Scott; his pet Sully; and his caregiver Jay.
