With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sarah Hannafin (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on August 18, 2020 at the age of 41. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Jeremiah Hannafin; her parents, Larry LeSage and Jan LeSage; her mother-in-law Carol Hannafin; her siblings, Karen Crompton (Bryan), Stephanie Coleridge, Matt LeSage and Shawn-Michael Connors; her siblings-in-law, Vern (Brenda), Laurence Hartwig and Janice Hannafin (Alan Grieco); and her nieces and nephews, Emily Coleridge, Cassidy Crompton, Tyler Hartwig and Evan Crompton. She was also cherished by her aunts, uncles and cousins.
