She is survived by: her children, Linda (David), Janet (Edward), Judy, Bill (Rexan) and Olivia (Steven); her grandchildren, Kevin (Tracy), Derek, Timothy (Pearl), Clifford, Christian, Bryon, Colman and Adrienne (TD); and her great grandchildren, Jeremy, Xander and Amelia.

In memory of CHAN TJIE Sam-Moy (Anne) and lieu of flowers, donations to St. Patrick's Home of Ottawa Foundation or Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
