He was predeceased by: his wife Carmela Santoro; his parents, Domenica and Antonio; and his sister Maria Lofaro (Vincenzo). He is survived by: his children, Mimma and Ines; and his sisters-in-law, Giuseppina Lofaro (late Domenico) and Sina Lofaro (late Antonio). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
