She was predeceased by: her parents, Viola and Bill. She is survived by: her cousins, Joan, Dyllan McFall, Jerry, Shirley DeFazio, Patti DeFazio Haney, Nelson and Julie Gonyer; and her sister Sandy (Jim). She is also survived by grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Due to Covid restrictions, there will be no visitation.
In memory of Sally, donations may be made to The Salvation Army Barrhaven Church, The Salvation Army Christmas Kettle Fund, or a charity of your choice.
