Ruoyun Liao Obituary

We bid farewell to Ruoyun Liao of Ottawa, Ontario, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 17, 2024 at the age of 88. Ruoyun touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Ruoyun may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Ruoyun touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Shuming Chen. She is survived by: her daughters, Dongxia Chen (Hai Deng) and Dongying Chen (Yong Luo). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
