Ruby Georgina touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Hannan and Thomas Hannan; her husband Owen Harris; her son Richard Harris (Judy); her siblings, Lois Dozois (Art), May Ackland (Walter), Stephen (Fern) and Grayson (Pat); and her great grandchild Thomas.
She is survived by: her daughter Lynda Plunkett (late Brian Plunkett); her grandchildren, Mark (Chantal) and Melissa (Steve); and her great grandchildren, Liam and Clara.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM at the McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home and Chapel (1411 Hunt Club Rd, Ottawa, ON K1V1A6). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer's or Dementia Society are appreciated.
